摘要 Meckel腔是一个重要的颅内解剖结构 ,其位置深在 ,解剖形态细小 ,毗邻结构复杂 ,可为多种病变累及。此腔在常规解剖图像上较难准确定位 ,影像学检查手段主要依靠MR和CT ,尤其MR的应用更为广泛。了解Meckel腔的解剖、正常或病变的影像学表现十分重要。 Meckel cave is one of the important structures in the brain. It is tiny and complex in anatomy, and may be involved by many kinds of diseases. Both MR and CT are good methods to study Meckel cave. Understanding of anatomic and imaging appearances of Meckel cave is important in diagnosis.
