淋巴结病变影像学研究的新进展

New development of the radiology research to lymph node lesions

淋巴结病变主要包括淋巴结增生、淋巴结转移及淋巴瘤。影像学对淋巴结病变的定性诊断 ,主要依靠淋巴结的大小 (>1.0cm为异常 )。如何对淋巴结病变作出准确的定性和定量诊断 ,一直是影像学医生棘手的难题。目前研究得较多的有MR特异性造影剂成像、磁共振频谱分析 (MRS)、CT淋巴结造影术和各种灌注成像。

Lymph node lesions mainly include hyperplastic lymph nodes, metastatic lymph nodes and lymphoma. The diagnosis of lymph node lesions mainly depends on measuring its size to differentiate lymphadenopathy. It is always a difficult problem to differentiate lymphadenopathy for radiology physicians. At present, the new techniques to this problem include MR lymphography with special contrast, MR spectroscopy, interstitial CT lymphography and all kinds of perfusion imaging.
