摘要   阶比分析的关键是实现对旋转机械振动信号的等角度采样。在分析国内外阶比分析技术中阶比采样实现方式的基础上,在阶比分析中引入瞬时频率理论,提出了基于瞬时频率估计的阶比跟踪方法,研制出了虚拟式旋转机械特征分析仪。该方法避免了现有技术中需要使用价格比较昂贵的专用附加硬件和受现场安装条件制约的问题,有利于阶比分析的广泛应用。 It is the key point to implement Constant Angular Sampling of the vibration signals for Order Analysis in Rotating Machinery, that is Order Sampling, which aims at obtaining sampling signals in angular domain. Therefore, Order Analysis emphasizes on the Methods to implement Order Sampling. After analyzing the existing Order Sampling methods at home and abroad, and introducing the Instantaneous Frequency Theory into Order Analysis, Test Center of Chongqing University put forward a New Method based on Instantaneous Frequency Estimation to implement Order Tracking, and developed Virtual Characteristic Analyzer of Rotating Machinery. The existing techniques need expensive and special hardwares. Furthermore, it is inconvenient to setup the hardware in some situations. However, this New Method avoids these problems, so it is helpful to utilize Order Analysis widely.
