摘要
应用模块化建模手段,建立了具有液力传动的车辆动力传动系统及整车的仿真模型;对车辆的加速性进行了仿真研究并与试验结果进行比较,在证明所建模型正确有效的基础上,仿真分析了履带车辆换挡过程中系统元件的转速、摩擦元件的摩滑功和摩滑功率、车辆冲击度等的变化特性,结果表明该仿真模型能够方便地应用于车辆的性能分析。
A model of driveline of the tracklayer which was pulled by hydraulic power was built by using the means of modular modeling. The acceleration performance of the vehicle was simulated and studied. The results of simulation accord well with the experimental results. Based on this model, the gear-shifting process of a tracklayer has be studied, and rotational speed of the components, friction power of the friction devices in gear-shifting process and jerk of the vehicle have also be analyzed. The results prove that this model can be used conveniently for the analysis of tracklayer performance.
