摘要
通过改变涂料透气性、涂层厚度和真空度等工艺因素对ZG25增碳影响的试验研究,提出了增碳过程主要发生在金属和铸型的界面的见解。认为降低EPS分解产物在铸型表面的沉积浓度有利于抑制铸钢件的增碳。
The carbon pick-up of cast steel ZG25 was studied by changing the technology factors such as coating permeability, coating thinkness vaccum degree,etc. The opinion that the carbon pick-up would be mainly occured between the interface of metal and mold was put forward, and which would be easily restrained by reducing the deposit concentration of EPS degradation products at the surface of the mold.
