摘要
以藻体长度增加作为量化指标,以自溶和解体作为质量指标,研究了在不同营养培养基、pH值、光照及初始接种长度条件下对发菜生长的影响。结果表明,与培养基中营养元素的组成和配比相比,接种藻体初始长度、光照和pH值对发菜藻体生长无显著影响,而培养基中营养元素的组成和配比对发菜藻体生长影响显著。在朱浩然培养基的基础上,通过均匀设计法进行多因子比较试验以及生长发育分析(全文另发),建立了较为适合发菜生长的人工培养基。含氮培养液可能是发菜自溶和解体的主要原因之一。
The effects of different nutritional medium, pH value, light illumination and the length of inoculated thalli on growth of Nostoc flagelliforme have been studied with length increase as quantitative criterion and with autolysis and disintegration as qualitative criterion.The results suggested that the original length of thalli, pH value, light illumination didn't have remarkable effects comparing the composition and combination of nutritional elements in the medium, whereas the composition and combination of nutritional elements in the medium produce prominent effects. A relatively suitable medium have been established by the method of equalization design and the comparative experimnet of multiple elements and the analysis of growth and development (see the paper on other periodical) on the basis of Chu's medium. One of the main reasons of autolysis and disintegration may be the nitrogen-containing medium.
