摘要
介绍了一种煤粉浓度测量装置。该装置使用电容传感器测量煤粉浓度,采用Mallat的模极大算法去 噪,应用数字信号处理器(DSP)实现算法,实现了非接触式测量。通过实验室测试表明该装置基本能够满足精 度和实时性的要求。
A kind of coal powder concentration measurement device is introduced in this paper. This device uses capacitance transducer to measure the concentration of the coal power, uses Mallat modulus maxima algorithm to eliminate noise, uses DSP to implement the algorithm. The device is a kind of non-invasive measurement device. The experimental test carried in the laboratory shows that the device can meet the needs of the precision and real-time.
