摘要
由于企业成长受众多的因素影响,我们将企业成长理论以三个维度:规模维度、知识维度和制度维度进行一个对企业成长理论的总述,为企业成长提供更大的解释空间。说明了企业成长是一个规模扩展、知识积累和制度建设的互动过程。
Due to impact of many factors on the growth of the firm, this paper gives a summary about theory of firm growth based on three dimensions——scale dimension, knowledge dimension and institution dimension. Such review of theory illuminates that firm growth is an interactive process with the scale expansion, knowledge accumulation and institution establishment. It enables us to provide a larger interpretable space for theory of firm growth.
