摘要
通过分析委托代理理论中以企业客观绩效为基础的企业家人力资本物质激励机制的局限性、精神激励对企业家人力资本以及所有者的作用,以心理学的需求多层次理论为依据,分析企业家人力资本物质激励与精神激励相结合的激励模式的必要性。
The author analyze the deficiency of the entrepreneur human capital material incentive mechanism based on enterprise objective performance and the effect on the entrepreneur human capital. Then they analyze the necessity of combined incentive mode between material incentive and spirit incentive according to the demand theory in psychology.
