在分析了核心能力和企业并购整合的理论后,提出了基于核心能力的企业并购整合模型,并根据核心能力的三种表现形态提出了五种整合选取模式,且对模式中涉及的战略整合、组织结构整合、人力资源整合、财务整合和文化整合分别作了分析。

After analyzing the core competence theory and merger and acquisition integration theory, the authors put forward the merger and acquisition integration model based on the core competence. Moreover, according to three type of the core competence, the authors set up five merger and acquisition integration selection models, and analyze strategy integration, organization integration, human resource integration, finance integration and culture integration in the model respectively.
