SBS改性沥青储存稳定性试验方法和评价指标的研究 被引量:51

摘要 分析了中国现行规范用来评价SBS改性沥青储存稳定性的优缺点,针对不足之处,参考美国国家公路合作研究计划(NCHRP)的LAST法,自行开发设计了可以自动恒温重复取样的储存稳定性试验仪。同时对不同种类的SBS改性沥青,在不同热储存(163℃)时间下,试验研究其离析后的动态剪切流变性能,据此提出一个新的指标--离析率Rs来评价SBS改性沥青的储存稳定性,建议当-0.2≤Rs≤0.2时认为储存稳定性合格,否则,超出此范围(Rs<-0.2或Rs>0.2),则认为不合格。最后分析评价了该试验方法和评价指标的合理性和可行性。 On the basis of analyzing advantages and disadvantages of the storage stability test of SBS modified asphalt in terms of the current specification, and referring the laboratory asphalt stability test of NCHRP, a new storage stability test apparatus is developed. According to the dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) test results from the new apparatus, a new index-Rs (ratio of separation) has been brought forward to evaluate the SBS modified asphalt's storage stability in this paper. The results suggest that the storage stability is qualified when the value of Rs is in the range of -0.2 to 0.2, otherwise, it is not qualified. In the end, the feasibility and rationality of that method and index are demonstrated.
