摘要
将水溶性富勒烯衍生物C60 -2 -丙烯酰胺 -甲基丙磺酸聚合物 (C60 PAMPS)作为微量助剂添加在聚丙烯酸酯中 ,通过TEM分析表明 :改性后的聚丙烯酸酯水溶液中C60 PAMPS被聚丙烯酸酯包裹 ,分散比较均匀 ,粒径比较均匀 ,团聚现象有所改善 ,其成膜性能较好。将聚丙烯酸酯在石英玻片上旋涂成膜后 ,经紫外和红外光谱研究发现 :改性后的涂膜在可见光区域透过率不小于 80 % ,在紫外区域透过率明显下降 ,在近红外波段其透过率也呈下降趋势 ,阻隔率达 45 %。C60 PAMPS与聚丙烯酸酯共混物薄膜隔绝红外和紫外的作用比较明显 ,特别是防红外效果明显 ,很有希望应用在隔热透明涂料的研制上。
A polyacrylate was blended with a small fraction of poly[2-(acrylamide)-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid](PAMPS)-C 60 . The aqueous solution was observed with TEM. The anti-infrared/ultraviolet property was characterized by UV-VIS and FTIR in the wavelength range of 190~5 000 nm. The results showed an improved anti-infrared/ultraviolet property of polyacrylate as well as good transparency. In visible spectrum, its transmittance was more than 80 %. In ultraviolet region, the transmittance was lowered to 10 % (<300 nm). Meanwhile, the transmittance was 55.7 % in near infrared wave range (4 000 cm -1 ~ 14 000 cm -1 ) and 31 % in middle infrared wave range (2 000 cm -1 ~4 000 cm -1 ), respectively. This new nano-composite material possesses a high potential to serve as an anti-infrared/ultraviolet thin coating to implement heat insulation in many applications.
