摘要 目的研究一氧化氮/核苷化合物对支气管成形术后黏液纤毛功能的影响。方法将20只犬分为两组,均施行左上肺袖式切除术。术后实验组给予一氧化氮/核苷化合物雾化吸入,对照组给予生理盐水雾化吸入。在术后3及7d测量黏液纤毛清除功能。结果术后两组的黏液纤毛清除功能均较术前明显降低,但实验组较对照组下降较轻,且差异有显著性。结论一氧化氮能改善支气管成形术后的黏液纤毛清除功能。 To study the influence of nucleophile/nitric oxide on mucociliary function after bronchoplasty. Twenty dogs were divided two groups, all of them received left upper lobe bronchoplasty. Group 1: They were nebulized nucleophile/nitric oxide after surgery. Group 2: They were nebulized physiological saline. Mucociliary function of two groups were significantly decreased. Group 1 is less than group 2, and the difference was significant. [Conclusion] Nitric oxide can significantly improve the postoperative mucociliary function.
