多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌产β-内酰胺酶耐药机制研究 被引量:81

摘要 目的对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌所产β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)进行分析。方法采用KB法进行药物敏感试验,筛选多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌;再进行改良三维试验,对多重耐药菌所产β内酰胺酶进行分析。结果在66株多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌中产ESBLs有15株(22.7%),26株高产AmpCβ内酰胺酶(39.4%),14株为SSBLs(21.2%),有43株菌(65.2%)显示碳青酶烯酶活性。结论产ESBLs、高产AmpCβ内酰胺酶和(或) OBJECTIVE To analyze beta lactamase in multi resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. METHODS At first, the strains of multi resistant P. aeruginosa were selected with K B susceptibility method. Then the three dimensional method was taken to differentiate and analyze the various beta lactamases. RESULTS The enzymes produced by these multi resistant P. aeruginosa included extended spectrum beta lactamases (ESBLs) (22.7%), high level AmpC beta lactamases (39.4%), SSBLs (21.2%) and some carbapenemases (65.2%) which had not been reported yet. CONCLUSIONS In our hospital, production of extended spectrum beta lactamases, high level AmpC beta lactamases and carbapenemases is one of the important reasons of multi resistant P. aeruginosa.
