摘要
目的研究一次性使用输液管在使用后、浸泡消毒后、毁形后的带菌情况。方法分别采集检测使用后浸泡前、浸泡中于含有效氯500mg/L消毒液(保证浸泡>30min)、统一毁形后留置在暂存点的一次性使用塑料输液管的细菌量。结果浸泡前组细菌阳性率高于浸泡组(χ2=8.37,P<0.01),低于毁形后组(χ2=8.03,P<0.01),毁形后组高于浸泡中组(χ2=26.13,P<0.01);检出细菌不可计数份数的比例由浸泡前组、浸泡中组、毁形后组逐渐增加(分别为8.64%、14.81%、17.50%);检出细菌类别差别不明显,除金黄色葡萄球菌外,均为条件致病菌。结论采取消毒剂浸泡后毁形的方法处理使用后的一次性塑料输液管,在细菌污染方面未能达到无害化的目的。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the bacterial carriage of disposable transfusion tubes after they were ~disinfected by immersion method. METHODS The bacterial carriage of disposable transfusion tubes was ~detected after they had been used but before being immersed in disinfectant, during the period when they were immersed in disinfectant containing chlorine with the concentration of 500 mg/L (immersion time was at least ~30 minutes), and after immersion and deformation. RESULTS The positive rate of bacteria before immersion was more than after immersion (χ2=8.37, P<0.01), but less than after deformation (χ2=8.03, P<0.01), the count of ~bacteria after deformation was more than immersion group (χ2=26.13, P<0.01), the percentage of samples with countless bacteria in non-immersion group, immersion group and deformation group were 8.46%, 14.81% and 17.50%, respectively. The species of isolated bacteria in each group had no significant difference, all were opportunistic pathogens besides Staphylococcus aureus. CONCLUSIONS The treatment of disposable transfusion tubes by deformation after being immersed in disinfection can not achieve ideal effect.
