摘要 目的对SARS定点收治医院病区进行消毒前后的空气采样,检测不同消毒剂对空气中微生物的现场杀灭效果,降低医院交叉感染。方法自然沉降法,利用重力作用使空气中的微生物粒子自然沉降在营养琼脂培养基上。结果含氯消毒剂消毒效果优于过氧化氢优于银离子消毒剂,含氯消毒剂对空气中自然菌的各次消亡率达>9595%。结论对疫区消毒是防治疫情扩散、切断各种传播途径、预防交叉感染的有效措施之一;要因时、因地、因人、因物合理选择消毒剂及方法,有效控制和降低医院交叉感染的发生具有十分重要的意义。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of various disinfectants and their ability to reduce the nosocomial cross infection by comparing their actions on the microbial cultures of air specimens collected from the hospital for the SARS patients. METHODS Natural sedimentation, where microbial particles in the air were settled by gravity on nutrient agar media before and after disinfection. RESULTS The effect of the chlorine disinfectant had a killing rate of over 95.95% to the natural bacteria in the air, which was better than that of the peroxide hydrogen. CONCLUSIONS Disinfection to the SARS epidemic area is one of the effective means that can prevent the spread of the epidemic microorganisms, including SARS virus, and block the transmission and cross-infection of patients in hospital.
