头孢地尼等5种抗菌药物对肺炎链球菌的体外抗菌活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价头孢地尼等5种抗菌药物对95株肺炎链球菌的体外抗菌活性。方法根据NCCLs标准,应用微量肉汤稀释法测定5种抗菌药物对95株肺炎链球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果对青霉素敏感的肺炎链球菌对头孢地尼敏感性最高,为100.00%,其次为加替沙星、左氧沙星,对环丙沙星敏感率仅为70.32%;对青霉素不敏感的肺炎链球菌(包括PISP和PSSP)对加替沙星敏感性最高,>90%,其次为左氧氟沙星,对头孢克洛和环丙沙星敏感率较低,分别为61.55%、46.38%。结论头孢地尼是一对肺炎链球菌抗菌作用较强的第三代头孢菌素,对肺炎链球菌引起的感染具有较高的临床应用价值,新喹诺酮类药物对于肺炎链球菌(包括PSSP、PISP和PRSP)均显示了很高的敏感性,也可作为治疗肺炎链球菌感染的首选药物。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the antibacterial activity of cefdinir and other four antimicrobials against 95 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae in vitro. METHODS Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were ~determined by dilution method according to NCCLs. RESULTS Penicillin sensitive S. pneumoniae showed the highest susceptibility to cefdinir with susceptible rate of 98.44%, but were resistant to ciprofloxacin. ~S. pneumoniae except penicillin sensitive strains showed highest susceptibility to gatifloxacin with over 90% ~susceptiblility, and also showed good susceptibility to cefdinir and levofloxacin, but were risistant to cefaclor and ciprofloxaoin with susceptible rate of 61.55% and 46.38%. CONCLUSIONS Cefdinir has an powerful antibacterial activity against S. pneumoniae and it is valuable to treat S. pneumoniae infection. The new fluoroquinolones have better antibacterial activity to S. pneumoniae including PISP and PRSP and they can be of the first choice to treat S. pneumoniae infection.
