摘要
通过对 SAURER—400伸缩剑杆织机消化研究的基础上,本文给出了该机控制系统的整体电路。分析了系统所能完成的自动控制和操作功能、并对监测电路、操作控制电路、离合器、制动器驱动电路等的工作原理作了详细论述,为剑杆织机的电路设计提供了很有参考价值和实用价值的设计依据。
Based on digesting to telescopic rapier of SAURER-400,this paper shows readers the whole circuit of electronic control system on the weaving machine and indicates automatic and operational fuctions of the system.At the same time,details about priciples of supervi- sion circuit,operating and automatic control circuit,clutch and brake driving circuit and ect.are described seperately.It is a very useful and practical reference to the rapier weav- ing machine designers.
