摘要 目的 分析高一学生心理素质发展的特点,为后续教育干预提供实证依据。方法 采用中学生心理素质问卷(3SMQ)评定 239名高一学生心理素质的发展水平。结果 高一学生的个性 ( 3. 61±0. 35)得分高于元认知(3. 32±0. 60)适应性(3. 20±0. 40),抱负性和自信心的得分较高,情绪适应和理智性的得分较低;男生心理素质整体水平显著高于女生 (3. 49±0. 35, 3. 39±0. 35) (P<0. 05),男生的计划性、独立性、理智性、挫折耐受、自信心和情绪适应能力显著高于女生,女生的责任感和人际适应能力显著地高于男生;示范班和平行班学生的心理素质整体水平无显著性差异 ( 3. 47±0. 32, 3. 43±0. 38 ) (P>0. 05),示范班学生的抱负性水平显著高于平行班。结论 高一学生心理素质整体水平存在显著的性别差异,而班级类型差异不明显。 Objectives To objectively analyze mental quality characteristics of lst-grade high school students, as well as to provide substantial evidences for the following educational interference experiment.Method A sample of lst-239 grade high school students were applied 3SMQ test. Results Meta-cognition(3.32±0.60)of lst-grade high school students was higher than adaptability (3.20±0.40)but lower than personality(3.61± 0.35), scores on ambition and self-confidence were relatively higher, feeling adaptability and intellectuality relatively lower. Boys’total mental quality(3.49±0.35,3.39±0.35)(P<0.05), planning ability, independence, intellectuality, frustration endurance, self-confidence and feeling- adaptability were significantly than higher girls’, girls’ responsibility and interpersonal adaptation were higher than boys’ on significant level. No significant differences existed between students from key class and general class(3.47±0.32,3.43±0.38)(P>0.05),but students from key class got significantly higher scores on ambition than those from general class. Conclusion Differences of total mental quality exists between different sexes, mental quality of lst-grade high school students doesn't show significant differences among students from different class.
