摘要
本文采用测定缝纫过程中穿剌力及计算穿刺功的方法分析、评价缝纫机针的穿透性能,为缝纫机针的结构设计和评价提供了有效的实验方法。
The penetration force of needles in the sewing operation has been measured and the penetration energy per stitching cycle has been calculated.it is suggested to use the method of measuting peneration force and calcuating penetration energy to analyze the be- havior of needles penetration fabrics.This method also can be applied the evaluation and the design of sewing needlies.
