摘要 目的 探讨影响高师学生与人交流时表现出交流恐惧的相关因素。方法采用交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA 24)对 648名高师学生进行测试与分析。结果 性别、年龄、民族和家庭经济状况作为单独的因素对高师学生的交流恐惧没有明显影响(P>0. 05),学科性质和年级则有较显著的影响 (t=4. 08,P<0. 01;F=3. 55,P<0. 05);多因素分析发现因素之间存在交互作用 (P<0. 05);文理科和家庭经济因素进入回归方程(b1 =0. 462,b2 =-0. 369)。结论 性别、年级、文理科、家庭经济状况、成长环境、家庭背景以及是否独生子女等因素影响高师学生的交流恐惧状况,其影响路径及大小尚需进一步探究。 Objective To study the influential factors of normal university students' Communication Apprehension (CA). Methods 648 subjects were randomly selected from a normal university, then they were tested and scored by Personal Report of Communication Apprehension (PRCA-24). Results The gender, age, nationality and economic status of family as a single factor don't influence normal university students' CA(P>0.05). The grade and the subject which students majored in are two important factors affected the students' CA (t= 4.08,P<0.01;F=3.55,P<0.05). The factors have some interactions. And only two factors of the subject character and economic status of family enter into regression equation(b 1=0.462,b 2=-0.369).Conclusion The gender, grade, subject character, economic status and setting of family, sibling or only child and parent or not are all the factors affected the normal university students' CA. However, their influential path and weight power are still riddles.
