电切加自体疣接种治疗肛管内尖锐湿疣疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Treatment by Electric Knife and Self-body’s Wart Implantation to Condyloma Acuminata in Anal Canal

目的 提高肛管内尖锐湿疣的一次性治愈率。方法 采用高频电刀切除后接种自体疣的免疫疗法,调整机体的主动免疫机能。结果 23例中一次性治疗后痊愈 21例,治愈率达 86. 95%。结论 自体疣接种可激活机体的细胞免疫系统,造成HPV和疣细胞的破坏,从而达到治愈的结果。

Objective To rise the cure of the condyloma acuminata in anal canal.Methods By the immunological treatment of self-body’s wart implantation after resected by electric knife,we try to improve body’s active immunological function.Results Among 23 patients,21 were cured with only once treatment,The cure rate is 86.95%.Conclusion The self-body’s wart implantation can activate body’s cellular immune system and destruct HPV and cells of warts,as well as achieve cure.
