摘要
患者女, 48岁,有糖尿病病史 7年。双侧手指及左肘伸侧出现暗红色丘疹、斑块 3年,经病理活检证实为持久性隆起性红斑。患者同时伴有雷诺现象。本文讨论其临床表现、组织病理以及治疗选择。
A 48-year old woman with diabetes mellitus presents symmetrical red-brown papule and plaque on the extremities.A biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum.Rynaud's phenomenon also accompany with the patient.The clinical presentation histopathology and treatment options are reviewed.
