埋植型与非埋植型种植体周围骨改建的扫描电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察埋植型与非埋植型种植体受载后周围骨改建的超微结构变化。方法 :选用纯系动物Beagle犬 8只 ,在其下颌分别植入埋植型与非埋植型种植体 ,采用金属全冠修复。不同时期取带种植体的骨标本制备超硬切片 ,扫描电镜观察。结果 :未受载的种植体与骨组织之间呈直接的骨接触 ;加载 2周后 ,种植体与骨组织界面绝大部分呈直接骨结合 ,在界面骨组织侧出现暗影 ;加载 4周后 ,界面骨组织侧暗影明显减少 ;加载 8周和 12周后种植体与骨组织直接接触 ,界面骨组织侧无明显暗影。各时期埋植型和非埋植型种植体骨组织界面超微结构无明显区别。结论 :受载后种植体 -骨组织界面的改建存在一个动态变化过程 ,埋植型与非埋植型种植体对界面超微结构无明显影响。 Objective:To study the impl an t-bone interface remodeling after loading on the submerged and nonsubmerged imp lant denture.Method:8 adult purebred Beagle dogs were used to build the anima l model. Submerged and nonsubmerged implants were implanted into the bilateral m andibular sites and loaded with fixed metal full crown. The Beagle dogs were sac rificed step by step after loading. SEM was used to analyse and compare the dynamic remode ling process of implant-bone interface in super-rigidity slices without demine ralization.Result:In the control group, bone t issue could dire ctly attach to implant by osseointegretion. In the group of 2 weeks loading, a m ajority of bone tissue had attached to implant directly, however, it is also found permeable area at the side of bone. Permeable area decreased after of 4 we eks loading.8 and 12 weeks later,the permeable area disappeared and asseaintegra tion formed in the implant-bone interface . The interface remodeling has no d istinct difference after the loading between submerged and nonsubmerg ed implant .Conclusion:It is a dynamic remodeling process in th e dental implant-bone interface of submerged and nonmerged implant after loadin g .There is no obvious effect on interfacial structure between submerged and nonsu bmerged implant.
