数据最佳插补方法及其偏差分析

本文阐述了数控最佳插补运算方法－最近距离法的插补原理。该方法的基本思想是使刀具在所有可能的进给方向中选取最好的一种走向，以使下一加工点离理论曲线最近，从而使插补偏差达到最小。本文分别给出了采用最近距离法进行直线和圆弧插补的数学模型，计算过程与加工示侧。本文还与传统的数控插补方法－逐点比较法相比较，对最近距离法产生的偏差进行了对比分析。
