摘要
目的:建立根管治疗难度的评估模式。方法:综合考虑根管治疗术中操作相关的基本因素和附加因素,设计了难度系数的计算公式。结果:确立各牙位难度系数的分布范围和根管治疗难度的分级标准。结论:该评估模式科学、系统、可量化、使用方便,具有重要临床意义。
AIM:To establish an evaluating mode for difficulty in root canal therapy.METHODS:After the primary and additional factors related to technic difficulties in root canal therapy had been wholly considered,the formula for calculation the difficulty coefficient was set up.RESULTS:By this formula,difficulty coefficient in different teeth and criteria for grading difficulties in root canal therapy were determined.CONCLUSION:This evaluating mode is systematic,numerable and convenient,which showed lots of clinical importance.
