摘要
本文分析了热定型后PET DTY的形态结构,发现热定型过程可部分弥补假捻过程对纤维的影响。研究了动态力学的变化,〔E〕min值随热定型温度的升高呈指数上升。〔E〕min值向高温移动,〔E〕max值出现在高温区。Emax值也随定型温度升高而升高,但Emax值向低温移动。
This article analysed the shape structure of PET DTY after heat-setting.The results show that heat-setting process is able to make up the influences to the fibers resulting from the production process of PET DTY.The variation of dynamic mechanical properties is al- so discussed.The[E]_(min)value exponentially rises with increasing of heat-setting tempera- ture and the position of[E]_(min)shifts towards higher temperture.The position of[E]_(max)ap- pears in higher temperture region.The E_(max)value also rises with increasing of heat-setting temperature,but the position of E_(max)shifts to lowtemperature.
