Thinking about the professional quality building in hospital infection control

作者以人力资源管理为切入点,从人员结构、编制框架、领导和员工素质等层面,论述了目前我国医院感染 管理专业人才建设方面存在的问题及应对策略,提出作为推动专业发展的学科带头人,肩负的责任感和使命感及 必备的一系列个人能力方面的要求。

This article focused on the manpower management, such as the aspects of professional organization, establishment frame, and the quality of leader and employee, to discussed the current problems and responding strategy in professional quality building of hospital infection control in our country. It pointed out that the subject leader should have the special ability to develop the speciality.
