低钨白口铸铁共晶碳化物团球化研究

摘要 研究了Ce、K、Na复合变质处理对钨白口铸铁组织和性能的影响。在常规热处理条件下,变质处理后的共晶碳化物变成了团球状。共晶碳化物形态的改善使得钨合金白口铸铁的力学性能,尤其是冲击韧性大幅度提高,其磨损性能也显著提高。 The influence of modification with Ce, K and Na on the structure and the properties of tungsten alloy white cast iron (TAWCI) was investigated. The result shows that the morphology of eutectic carbides is changed into spheroidite under normal heat treatment condition and the mechanical properties especially the impact tounghness of TAWCI are improved, so the resistance to impact wear is increased obviously.
