低水泥用量自密实混凝土配合比设计试验研究 被引量:39

摘要  本文在现有的SCC设计思路的指导下,结合我国原材料和混凝土市场的特点,提出了低水泥用量SCC的解决方案。在保证混凝土具有自密实性能的基础上,以SCC硬化强度和经济成本为性能指标,采用大量添加粉煤灰掺合料置换和减少水泥用量的方法,进行了C60等级和C30等级SCC的配合比设计。按照所提出的配合比设计,低水泥用量SCC均能顺利达到扩展度试验、V型漏斗试验以及抗压强度试验的要求。为我国生产自密实性能优良、经济性合理的自密实混凝土提供了参考。 In this paper,based on existent guideline of Self-Compacting Concrete mix design,mix design of SCC with low cement dosage has been studied experimentally.Two kinds of concrete with strength of C30 and C60 are designed and tested to meet the requirement of self-compacting ability.The self-compacting ability of low cement dosage SCC is strictly tested by Slum-Flow method and V-funnel method.The strength of these two kinds of mix design has been checked by compressive testing.The proposed mix design of low cement dosage SCC is competitive in concrete industry because of the high performance and reasonable low cost.
