摘要
研究了高掺量复合矿物掺合料配制的自密实混凝土的耐久性。使用粉煤灰和矿渣复合掺合料等量取代50%~80%的水泥,使每方混凝土的水泥用量降低到260kg/m3~104kg/m3。28d混凝土的立方体抗压强度达到68 7MPa~34 6MPa,90d达到96 9MPa~44 8MPa。试验研究了复合掺合料掺量、硅溶胶、硅灰、养护条件等对自密实混凝土的碳化、抗氯离子渗透性及收缩性能的影响。
Self-Compacted Concrete made with high adding quantity of composite admixture was achieved and the research on its durability was made.Equivalent replacement of cement with fly ash and slag composite admixture reached 50%~80%,and the quantity of cement per meter cube was reduced to 260kg/m^3~104kg/m^3.The cube compression strength of 28d concrete reached 68.7MPa~34.6MPa and that of 90d reached 96.9MPa~44.8MPa.The effects of adding quantity of composite admixture,silica sol,silica fume and curing condition on the carbonization,chloride ion permeation and shrinkage of Self-Compacting Concrete were studied.
