野生植物灰叶堇菜的营养成分分析

摘要 Nutritional components in Viola delavayi Franch. were determined. Seventeen kinds of animo acid were analyzed.The resultsshowed that thereare mineralelements,fiber,protein,fatty,sugar andvitaminsincluding β-carotene in V. delavayi. The amount of total sugar is 43.30%, VB2)) 8.07 μg·g-1, Glu 1.87 mg·g-1 and Potassium 178.21 μg·g-1. These results provided the basic data for the utilization of V. delavayi.
