摘要
从槲树叶 Quercus dentata Thunb 中分离纯化得到五种酚性成分. 通过理化性质分析和光谱解析等手段确定其化学结构分别为: 2-新橙皮糖基-2,6-二羟基苯甲酸苯甲酯(1), 龙胆酸 5-O-(6′-O-没食子酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2), 3,5,7-三羟基色原酮-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3), 没食子酸(4), 儿茶素(5), 其中化合物 1 和 3 为新化合物.
Five phenolic compounds, benzyl 2-neohesperidosyloxy-6-hydroxybenzoate (1), 5-O-beta-D-(6'-O-galloyl)glucopyranosyl gentisic acid (2), 1-O-(5,7-dihydroxy-chromon-3-yl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), gallic acid (4) and catechin (5), were isolated from the leaves of Quercus dentata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the physical and chemical analysis and spectroscopic evidence.
