Study of Checkout Method of Polymer Materials in PP-R Pipe

使用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和广角X-射线衍射仪(WAXD),研究了PP-R与PP-B、PP- H及各种聚乙烯的图谱差别,系统探索了制样方法、仪器操作参数、图谱打印范围等影响因素,建立了准确、快 速、实用的PP-R产品材质检测方法。

Spectrum differentiation of PP-R, PP-B, PP-H and various sorts of PE was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), Fourier transform infra-red spectrometry(FT-IR) and wide angle X-ray diffractometry (WAXD). Influencing factors such as sample preparation, parameters of apparatus operation and spectrum printing scale were systematically explored to set up precise, rapid and practical checkout methods for PP-R products.
