摘要
分析了砂芯涂料全对流加热、全辐射加热方式的吸热特点及利弊,通过各方案技术性分析,确定砂芯涂料烘干炉以悬链输送工件、强制对流换热与辐射加热相结合的加热方式为佳。
Endothermic performances of polymer coatings for sand-core at full-convection and full-radiation baking modes are analyzed, i.e. the advantages and disadvantages resulted from long baking time, large input power, low heating efficiency and different conveying modes of work pieces are evaluated. It is finalized to use catenaries for conveying of work pieces and compound heating mode of full-convection and full-radiation heating system in the oven.
