摘要
钢厂等主要用电大户的峰值负荷造成电力资源浪费,供电紧张及企业自身用电成本高居。锡钢集团电力负荷需求侧控制(DSM)项目是国内第一个中外合作项目,应用“趋势分析”原理,通过调控主要用电设备电弧炉的手段,使用电负荷均衡运行,从而使电力负荷(需量)下降 5 022 kW(12%)左右,年节约用电费用 162 7 万元。用电大户负荷控制(DSM),对节约用电费用,缓解城市供电压力,提供了有益的途径。提出了对更好开展电力负荷需求侧控制(DSM)工作的建议。
The peak value load of main electric power consumers such as steel works causes electric power resource to waste, short supply of mains power and consumer to increase electric cost. The project of electric load demand side management(DSM)for XiGang Group is the first Chinese and foreign cooperative project. It makes the electric load(demand) decreased by about 5022 kW(12%) and economizes electric expense 1627000 RMB every year by using “trend analysis” principle to adjust and control the main equipment-electric furnace and to make the electric load proportional. DSM is a available way for main electric power consumers to economize electric expense and alleviate the pressure of supplying power in city.
