摘要
随着机械加工自动化程度的提高 ,刀具状态在线监控已成为迫切需要解决的问题 ,越来越受到重视。文章根据主轴功率、功率波动量与刀具寿命的关系 ,提出了一种刀具在线监测和刀具寿命管理相结合的新方法 ,详细分析了刀具寿命预测模型 。
With the improvement of machining automatization, tool condition on-line monitoring has been a crucial problem and paid more attention. Based on the relation of the motor power, power wave and tool life, the paper proposes a new method of tool life on-line monitoring and managing, analyzing the tool life forecast model in detail, and proving the validity of the method through experiments.
