摘要
探讨了3CrZWSV钢制作压铸模的各种热处理方法,尤其是成型淬火,作了大量试验。经理论分析、研究、改进,找到了确实可行的热处理方法。只要有一个硬初相互配合的关系,可以成倍地提高压涛模的使用寿命。
Various methodes of heat treatment of the die casting dies are described. Through a lot of testings especialy moulding and quenching, a feasible method of heat treatment is discovered according to theoretical investingations. The service life of the die may be increased doubly, if the factor between hardness and tenacity is corresponded with the test condition.
