两种视野计在慢性闭角型青光眼诊断中的对比研究

摘要 目的 :探讨倍频视野计(FDT)24 -2阈值检测程序在慢性闭角型青光眼的视野诊断上能否达到Humphrey视野计(HFA)24 -2阈值检测程序的诊断水平。方法 :对148只受检眼进行FDT24 -2阈值与HFA24 -2阈值检测程序的对比研究 (其中 ,慢性闭角型青光眼52眼、慢性闭角型青光眼疑似37眼、高眼压症19眼及正常对照组40眼 ) ,对各组的FDT-MD、FDT -PSD进行方差分析 ,并对其与HFA -MD、HFA -PSD进行相关性分析 ,探索FDT与HFA阈值检测程序之间的一致性。结果 :方差分析提示FDT-MD、FDT -PSD在慢性闭角型青光眼、疑似病例、高眼压症及正常眼之间差异有显著性 ;FDT-MD与HFA -MD及FDT-PSD与HFA -PSD之间的相关系数分别为0 88(P<0 01)和0 61(P<0 01)。结论:FDT24 -2阈值程序在慢性闭角型青光眼视野诊断上基本达到了HFA24 -2阈值程序的水平。
