本文针对中国入世三年,面临过渡期结束以及全球制药工业新的集中化与兼并浪潮,探讨我国制药工业应当采取的对策。提出我国制药工业应当密切关注医药高技术发展,寻求国际合作,充分利用我国加工能力的优势合法仿制外国药品,加强制药企业与科研机构的结合并主动采取外向型战略。

During three-year anniversary of WTO membership,we were actually facing the expiring of transitional periods and new tidal waves of concentration and combination.This article tries to find out what countermeasures we should take.The author suggested Chinese pharmaceutical industry should pay close attention to the development of high technology,seek international cooperation,take advantage of manufacturing capacity by legally copying some foreign medicines,make efforts to cooperate with medical research institutes and try to establish business operation in world wide.
