摘要
以磷铝酸盐水泥和硅酸盐水泥熟料为原料 ,并掺入石膏和外加剂 ,磨制复合水泥 ,通过正交试验确定最佳配比。测定了复合水泥的力学性能 ,并利用XRD、SEM等测试手段对水化产物进行了分析 ,结果表明 :复合水泥的水化产物与硅酸盐水泥基本相同 ,主要是C -S -H凝胶、Ca(OH) 2 和AFt,但复合水泥水化速率大于硅酸盐水泥 ,水化产物量变大 ,而且其形貌、晶粒度等发生了改变 ,使得复合水泥硬化体的整个显微结构紧密结合 ,从而赋予其高的强度。
The composite cement that is composed of phosphoaluminate-portland clinkers, gypsum and additive is prepared. Mechanical performances of the composite cement have been tested and the techniques of x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope have been employed to analyze the hydration products. The results show that, basically same to Portland cement, the hydration products of the composed cement are mostly C-S-H gel,Ca(OH)_2 and Aft. The hydration rate and the amount of hydration products of the composite cement are higher than that of Portland cement, and high mechanical performances have been achieved because of the change of the crystalline size and its morphology.
