石膏粉生产线集散控制系统

Distributed Control System for Land Plaster Production

将一套集散控制系统 (DCS)应用在石膏粉生产线上。根据石膏粉生产工艺的特点 ,DCS网络结构采用总线型两层结构 ,把系统分成原料破碎、α粉车间、β粉车间 3个子系统来分别控制 ,提出了相应的逻辑控制和回路调节控制策略 ,着重阐述了柱磨机喂料定量PID控制回路和 β粉炒制系统的串级控制方案。

A set of distributed control system (DCS) in land plaster is introduced.According to the characteristics of land plaster production,a network for the DCS is designed in bus topolopy of two layers.The syetem is divided into three subsystems,including raw material workshop,α gesso workshop and β gesso workshop to control respectively.The relevant logic control and the loop control method are presented.It is especially expatiated that the PID control scheme is applied in the shaft grinder feeding system and β gesso heated system.
