摘要 为了探讨运动心脏的内分泌及其功能,本文对不同强度耐力训练后大鼠心房肌细胞超微结构进行了常规电镜和免疫电镜观察,对血浆心钠素含量进行放射免疫微量测定。结果表明,耐力训练后心房肌细胞中特殊分泌颗粒增多,高尔基复合体增多,心房肽免疫细胞化学反应活性增强,血浆中心钠素水平增高。提示运动心脏内分泌功能增强,心钠素的产生与释放均增加。 To look deeper into the effects of endurance trainging on cardiac endocrine,40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were trainedon an electric treadmill at different work intensities for 20 weeks.The right atrium was excised and processed for the prepa-ration of normal electromieroscopic specimen and atrial peptide immunocytochemical spcimen.Plasma ANE levels were de-tected by radioimmunoassays.The results showed increased atrial specific granules and Golgi complexes,improved activitesof atrial peptide immuno-reactio,and enhanced plasma ANE levels in the training groups,especially in group Ⅱ.These re- sults sugggested that endurance training led to an increase in both the production and release of atrial natriuretic factors.
