摘要
参考进口微滴灌管专用料的性能及生产厂家的要求,经过试验得到了 3种专用料的配方。3种配方的专用料均具有较好的耐光氧老化性能,炭黑分散良好。3种专用料的成型加工性能较好,能满足 100m/min挤出速度的要求。
Referring to the property of imported resin and the requirement of drip irrigation tube manufacturer, three kinds of PE blends formula were gained by experiment. Having good oxidative agening stability and optical ageing stability, the blends can be extruded at the speed of 100 m/min. Carbon black is well dispersed in the produced tube.
