摘要
国内企业进行国际化有一定的规律可循,TCL创业初期即为日后的国际化道路打下了坚实的基础,经过多年的发展,TCL在国际化上积累了相当多的经验。本文论述了TCL从产品国际化到生产国际化,最后到资本国际化的过程,并且分析了国际化每一阶段的动机、策略以及取得的成效,为国内企业进行国际化提供了经验借鉴。
There are some rules for the domestic enterprises to learn in their undertaking internationalization strategy and the important thing is that the enterprises rectify their tactics in terms with the local conditions. The paper focuses on TCL's successful practice towards internationalization, which can be seen in its three-stage strategy: The first stage sees its laying solid foundation for international-oriented products; the second stage witnesses its international standardization of manufacturing; the third stage leads to international capital-funding. The paper also discusses the motives, tactics as well as effect during the three internationalization stages, which may be referential for other domestic enterprises.
