低分子肝素与黄芪联用治疗难治性肾病综合征临床研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的 :探讨低分子肝素与黄芪注射液联用对难治性肾病综合征的治疗作用。方法 :6 5例难治性肾病综合征患者随机分成两组 ,对照组进行常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素和黄芪注射液。然后进行疗效观察 ,并通过实验室检查评价低分子肝素与黄芪对肾功能和凝血功能的作用。结果 :两组疗效比较 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;其血清蛋白、尿蛋白、BUN、Cr、Fg、FⅡa、FⅩa、AT -Ⅲa、血白细胞计数等实验室检查指标 ,治疗组与治疗前比较有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与对照组治疗后比较亦有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其疗效与病理类型有关。结论 :低分子肝素与黄芪注射液可降低血液的高凝状态 ,联合应用治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效显著。 Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Low Molecular-Weight Heparin Calcium and Radix Astragali Injection for the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome (NS).Methods:65 cases of NS patients were divided into therapeutic and control group randomly.Patients in control group received routine therapy, on the basis of the therapeutic scheme of the control group,the patients in therapeutic group received Low Molecular-Weight Heparin Calcium and Radix Astragali Injection therapy.Then observed the therapeutic efficacy,evaluated their effect on renal functionand blood coagulation by laboratory technology.Results:The therapy group's therapeutic efficacy were superior to control group significantly (P<0.05),the improvement of renal function and blood coagulation after therapy in therapeutic group were superior to the same patients of pre-therapy (P<0.05),so do to the control group patients (P<0.05),which had received routine therapy, curative dffect relates on pathology type.Conclusion:Low Molecular-Weight Heparin Calcium and Radix Astragali Injection can relieve the hypercoagulability,combined use of them for treated NS can acquire ideal therapeutic efficacy.
