论高校体育发展的社会环境因素

On Social Environmental Factors in the Development of College Physical Education

高校体育发展不仅有体育自身的规律和高校内部因素的制约,也受社会环境因素的重要影响。因此,应密切与家长和社会用人单位的信息交流;从劳动人事、医疗制度改革以及社会大众体育兴盛的高度,提高大学生的体育价值观和参与体育及增强各项能力的自觉性;探索体育教育中灵活、有效、受欢迎的新的途径和模式;应进一步重视和充分运用大众传播媒介在高校体育发展中的多种功能,并建议采取相应的新措施。

The development of college physical education not only is restricted by the law of physical education itself and the in-ner factors of colleges,but also is influenced significantly by social environmental factors.Therefore,close relations with students' parents and personnel departments in the society should be established in order to exchange information.In viewof the reform in labour and personnel system and in medical treatment system,and from the development of the rise and de-cline of social popular sports,the college student's sense of value in sports should be raised and their consciousness of goingin for sports to increase their ablilties should be strengthened.The new approaches which are flexible,effective and well-received to the teaching of physical education should be explored.More attention should be paid to the mass media so as tofully use its multiple function for the development of college physical education.
