摘要 目的:探讨降低时间分辨力对CT灌注成像(CTP)参数图数据测量以及图像质量的影响。方法:对15例急 性脑缺血患者的CTP成像资料进行回顾性分析。分别采用全部数据和按一定时间间隔选择部分数据进行CT灌注图像 的计算,每组数据的时间分辨力分别为0.5s、1s、2s和4s,并在不同时间分辨力的CTP图像上选择相同部位的ROI进行 灌注参数(CBF、CBV、MTT)的测量并对每组数据进行配对t检验。结果:降低时间分辨力在一定范围内(≤2s)对各灌注 参数图的图像质量以及CBV绝对值的测量影响不大,但对参数CBF和MTT的绝对值测量产生显著影响。以健侧大脑 半球作为内参照时,降低时间分辨力不会影响对病变的检出。结论:降低CT灌注扫描的时间分辨力可以在不影响临床 诊断的情况下扩大灌注扫描范围。 Objective:To evaluate the quality of CT perfusion image and data measurement of low temporal resolution.Methods:The CT perfusion data of 15 acute cerebral ischemic patients were investigated retrospectively.The CT perfusion images were calculated by all the data and the partial data,whose corresponding temporal resolution were 0.5s,1s,2s and 4s respectively.The same ROI on the CT perfusion images of different temporal resolution were choosen to evaluate the variability by paired t test.Results:The change of the quality of CT perfusion images and the value of CBV could be omitted when the temporal resolutions were decreased within a certain extent (≤2s),but the values of CBF and MTT changed remarkably following the decrease of the temporal resolution.The detection of the lesions was not influenced in all temporal resolution mentioned above when the contralateral side was regarded as reference.Conclusion:We can enlarge the scan extent of the CT perfusion examination at the cost of the temporal resolution without decreasing the clinical diagnostic capability of CT perfusion scan.
