An Investigation into the Leisure Sports Activities of Chinese Urban Women Staff and Workers

文章对中国城市女职工闲暇体育活动的一系列问题进行了调查研究,从中发现有57%的城市女职工不同程度地参加闲暇体育活动,并在项目内容选择、活动形式、活动场所、活动时间和参加动机上显示出年龄的差异。影响城市女职工参加闲暇体育活动的因素是多方面、多层次的,阻碍她们参加闲暇体育活动有来自主、客观方面的消极因素。

This paper studied a series of questions about the leisure sports activities of Chinese urban women staff and workers andfound that 57 percent of them took part in leisure sports activities in varying degrees.There were differences for the differ-ent age groups in the selection of events,the form of activities,the place and the time for the activities,and the motive ofparticipation in the activities.The participation of urban women staff and workers in leisure sports activities was affected bymany factors and by different administrative levels.Besides,negative factors which hampered their participation in leisuresports activities came from both subjective and objective reasons.
