力量素质与铁饼成绩的灰色关联分析

Grey Related Analysis of Strength Quality and the Performance of Discus Throwers

本文通过对天津体院男、女铁饼运动员,集训队部分男铁饼运动员以及优秀铁饼运动员张景龙的各项力量素质与铁饼成绩的灰色关联分析,找出了影响不同类型运动员铁饼成绩的主要优势因素;并通过对他们有关力量素质的对比分析,论述了各类铁饼运动员应有不同的中心训练任务和训练方法。

In this study,the author found the main strength factors which influence the performance of discus throwers of differ-ent levels by means of grey related analysis of each strength quality and the performance of male and female discus throwersfrom Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,some male throwers from the track and fielc training camp and Zhang Jing-min,an outstanding discus thrower.In addition,through the comparative analysis of the relevant strength quality of thediscus throwers of different levels,the author expounded that different central tasks of training and different training meth-ods should be provided for discus throwers of different levels.
